Please use common sense when applying any Horse-Training Advice given to you regarding your Horse-Training Question. Horses are dangerous animals, and extreme care must be taken when working with them.
Kimberly Keown, Cowgirl Model, Cowgirl Image, or Associates of These -- or Related -- People or Businesses, Etc. will NOT be held liable for any Advice given regarding, or related to, any Horse-Training Question. This includes any and all damages to yourself, other people, horses, property, equipment, etc. either directly or indirectly arising from application of HT Advice. This includes HT Advice given in any form -- whether spoken, written/typed, postal-mailed, emailed, etc.
If you do not agree with the Horse-Training Advice given to you, or you feel uncertain about applying it, then please don't use it. Before applying any of the Horse-Training Advice or Techniques given to you, use your own best judgement. You are responsible for your own safety -- as well as that of your horse, your property, equipment, etc.
Because of the hazardous risks associated with Horse-Training, HT eAdvice is intended only for persons who are Eighteen (18) Years of Age or Older, and Legally able to enter into a Binding Contract. HT eAdvice is not intended for Minors.

HT eAdvice Refund Policy
Refunds for Horse-Training eAdvice Answers Will Be Issued In These Instances:
- Failure on Kimberly Keown's part to send an answer to the HT Question within 3 (Three) days upon receiving Payment.
- Overpayment -- In case of Overpayment, the Client will be given the option to either have the excess Payment Amount Refunded to them, or applied as Credit toward another HT Question.
- Other Reasons that Kimberly Keown deems reasonable and fair.
In some cases, Clients who are issued Refunds may also receive an additional Credit towards another HT Question.
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For These Reasons:
- The Client does not agree with the HT eAdvice Answer sent to them.
- The HT eAdvice Answer did not work or was not otherwise deemed effective by the Client.
- The Client, Client's Horse, Equipment, Other Property, Etc. was hurt or damaged upon application of HT eAdvice Answer. Please read the HT eAdvice Disclaimer. Kimberly Keown will not be held liable for any damages either directly or indirectly linked to HT Advice.
- After making reasonable attempts to deliver the HT Advice, the Client still did not receive it.
In such cases, several forms of delivery agreed upon by both Kimberly Keown and the Client may be attempted -- such as by Email, Postal mail, etc. However, no Refunds will be issued if the Client still does not receive the HT Advice after those attempts.
- Other Reasons that Kimberly Keown deems reasonable and fair.
