Anyone Eighteen (18) years of age or older, and legally able to enter into a binding contract, can order/puchase HT eAdvice, as long as they have a valid Credit Card or PayPal Account to pay with, and an email account to receive the HT eAdvice Answer.
Because of the hazardous risks associated with Horse-Training, HT eAdvice is not intended for minors, or anyone not legally able to enter into a binding contract. |
4) What Format Does The HT eAdvice Answer Come In?

5) What Payment Methods Can I Use To Purchase HT eAdvice?
Payments are made through PayPal. PayPal accepts any major Debit or Credit Card, or use your PayPal Account. You DO NOT need to be a member of PayPal in order to make a Credit Card Payment.
In-depth Payment information is given on the HT eAdvice Payments Page. (Its Link is located on the HT eAdvice Page.) |
6) What Are The Steps To Order HT eAdvice?
1. Go to the HT eAdvice Page. Click on the Disclaimer And Refund Policy Link, then carefully read that Page.
2. Find The HT eAdvice Payments Link, located on the HT eAdvice Page, and make your Payment.
*Please make your Payment before sending your Question, so that a record of the Payment# is listed on your HTQ Form.
(*If you wish to, you may send your Horse Training Question before making your payment. When Kim receives your question, she will reply to your email address and ask you to send your payment before answering.)
3. Go to the HT eAdvice Form Page. Fill out the Electronic Email Questionaire and click 'Submit Query'.
I recommend copying and pasting your information to a file on your computer's hard drive before sending the Electronic Email Form, as this is your only copy of the HT Question. When you are sent your HTQ Answer, it will include that information -- but until then, your own copy is your only copy.
Once you send the Electronic Email Form, you will view a confirmation page. At this time, NO automatic confirmation email is sent upon completion of the HT eAdvice Form. This is because the Electronic Form software does not recognize client email addresses.
3a. If you don't want to fill out and send the HT eAdvice Electronic Email Form, you can send your HT Question via regular email.
For instructions on how to do this, please go to Sending HT Questions Via Regular Email on the HT eAdvice Page.
4. The answer to your HT Question will be emailed to the email addresses you specified within 3 (Three) days of receipt of payment. |
7) Why Should I Include Two Email Addresses?
Including two email addresses helps insure that you get the answer to you HT Question.
If one email address was typed incorrectly, or if for any reason one of your email addresses doesn't work, then you should still receive your HT eAdvice at the second address.
There are various free email sites on the Internet you may want to sign-up for, if you don't currently have an email address or you want a second address.
www.hotmail.com and www.yahoo.com and www.excite.com are examples of free email sites that are adequate to receive your HT eAdvice answer. |
8) What Do I Do If I Don't Receive The HT eAdvice Answer?
If you have problems getting the HT eAdvice Email, or don't receive the answer to your HT Question within 3 (Three) days after payment, please email Kim Keown at htadvice@cowgirlimage.net and cc: it to kimkeown@hotmail.com
You may also email Kim at any of the email addresses on the Contact Page.
If you have problems with a Payment, or if there is a problem with a Refund, please contact Kim by email, or contact PayPal at www.paypal.com. (Read the HT eAdvice Refunds Policy located on the HT eAdvice Page.)
If it turns out there is a problem with your email program, arrangements can be made to have your HT eAdvice Answer postal-mailed to you. However, this is a last resort -- please open a free email account if you need to, just to get your HT Answer Delivered. (See 'Why Should I Include 2 Email Addresses?' for free email account suggestions.) |
9) What Do I Include In My Horse-Training Question?
First of all, be specific with your question. Example: "How do I get my horse to stop changing directions without permission while I Longe him?"
Second, give some pertinent information about the horse -- such as age, breed, gender.
Please include the type of tack/equipment you use while training the horse, as is related to your question. Example: "I Longe using a Longe-Line; no whip; a halter with a chain below the chin; and sometimes the horse is saddled."
Then give information about the environment in which you are training -- such as in a round pen, arena, large corral, pasture, etc.
Now give information about the actual question -- such as whether you arelLonging with a longe-line; approximately how often you longe the horse (often, occasionally, rarely); symptoms the horse exhibits right before he start his troublesome behavior (i.e. head-shaking right before he changes directions).
Finally -- this is very important -- tell what your routine is when you work with the horse. Example: "I usually saddle the horse, then longe him for 15 minutes, bridle him, then ride him for an hour."
If you have a relevant video or photos of the horse posted online, please include the URL (web address). If you don't have a website, you can create an account on YouTube or Google Video or MySpace and upload your videos there. |
